The Bungalows at Aangan, start from ₹ 25,75,000. This includes a bungalow with a built-up area of 600 sq. ft. in a plot area of 2130 sq. ft. The bungalow scheme has already been sanctioned by Collector, Jawhar, on the recommendation of the Dept. of Town Planning, Thane. The land being N.A. (Non-agricultural), will be transferred in your name by way of a Registered Sale Deed and your name will be entered in the Govt. records (7/12 extract).
